S’mores Pizza

A s’mores like you’ve never had before! Perfect for summer parties, this s’mores pizza is a great way to enjoy the campfire classic from the comfort of your own home. This easy sweet treat has the nostalgic s’mores flavors of melted chocolate, luscious graham crackers, and roasted marshmallows baked in a pizza pan to mouthwatering perfection. It’s how you make s’mores for a crowd!

I cooked the S'mores pizza in our Italian pizza oven, but I converted the recipe so it can be made in a traditional household oven.

This was inhaled so quickly that I didn't get a chance to snap a photo of a slice!


S’mores Pizza

  • 1 pre-made refrigerated pizza dough

  • 1 cup Nutella

  • 1½ cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal

  • 1½ cups mini marshmallows

  • Confectioners’ sugar (for dusting)


S’mores Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly spray a pizza pan with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. Use a rolling pin to roll the pizza dough into a circle to fit in the prepared pan. Bake the dough for about 10 minutes, or until very light golden brown.

  3. Microwave the Nutella for about 30 seconds to soften to a spreadable consistency, but not liquefy. Remove the pizza from the oven and evenly spread the softened Nutella over the pizza dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

  4. Evenly sprinkle layers of the cereal and marshmallows on top of the Nutella.

  5. Bake the pizza for another 3-5 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown.

  6. Dust with confectioners’ sugar and serve immediately.
